RightNow Delivers Voice Apps
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies launched three new voice applications Monday. The firm said it has added a click-to-call back solution, which allows customers to request a phone call from a customer service representative from the web; a voice-automated self service option, and an outbound voice survey tool. The hosted applications are being offered as a part of RightNow's customer relationship management tools.
