RightNow Backs New Industry Group

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationship management (CRM) and support software-as-a-service, said today that it is a founding member of a new industry group. The firm said it joined the Customer Experience Professionals Assocaiton (CXPA), a group dedicated to advancement of customer experience management practices. The new group's other sponsrs include such firms as Adobe, Adobe, Confirmit, Medallia, SapientNitro, Tealeaf Technology and Vivisimo.
