Report: Rally Software Prepping IPO

A report Friday from Reuters says that Boulder-based Rally Software is one of a number of business software companies expected to file for an IPO in the next few months. Rally, which has been hinting at "strong growth" over the last few months, is venture backed by Meritech Capital Partners. Reuters said the news came from "sources familiar with the situation." Rally said in March that it saw a 60% annual compound revenue growth rate for the last four years, but has not yet announced any of its financials.
