Region Sees $371M In Venture Capital Deals

A report released Monday by Dow Jones VentureOne and Ernst & Young found that there was $371M in venture deals in the region in Q2 of this year. Colorado led the region in the amount raised, with $284.87M raised in the quarter, followed by Utah, with $51.53M, and Arizona, with $35.21M. Nationwide, venture capitalists invested $7.4 billion in 717 venture capital deals for the quarter, a six year high in terms of deals.
