Recondo Technology Buys Trilogi

Greenwood Village, Colorado-based Recondo Technology, a supplier of software and services for helping healthcare providers manage insurance payments and claims, said this week that it has acuqired a provider of revenue cycle management service, Trilogi, Inc.. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Trilogi has operations in Lakeland, Florida, and Dallas, Texas. Recondo said it will integrate its software services with Trilogy's workflow and processes.
