Rebit Inks OEM Deal With Seagate

Longmont, Colorado-based Rebit reports today that the firm has inked an OEM relationship with disk drive maker Seagate, where Seagate will include Rebit's software with its PC backup appliance. Financial impact of the global OEM deal was not disclosed. Seagate's Replica backup appliance is a new PC-based software product which automatically stores PC applications, data, and settings. Rebit is a developer of backup software.
