Ramtron Names VP

Colorado Springs-based Ramtron, a developer of memory and semiconductor products, said today that it has named Ying Shiau as the firm's new Vice President of Customer Satisfaction. Shiau was most recently at KD Technologies, and also served at Spansion, Electroglas, Therma-Wave, Cypress Semiconductor, Advanced Micro Devices, LSI Logic, and National Semiconductor. Ramtron said that Shiau will also be responsible for the firm's quality assurance, product, and test engineering.
