Raindance Announces Fourth Quarter Results

Louisville, Colorado-based Raindance reported its 2005 fourth quarter results yesterday, saying that it earned $433K on revenues of $18.8M. Raindance said that its had a customer base of 5,026 active users at the end of the quarter. For the year, the company earned $4.0M on revenues of $74.5M. Compared to the prior year, revenues were down from $75.3M in 2004. Raindance provides web conferencing and multimedia event services.
