Quark Changes License Terms

Denver, Colorado-based Quark is loosening up its product licensing terms, saying this week that it will now provide platform-independent licenses and packaging for the firm's popular QuarkXPress 7 page layout software. The new product allows customers to use the software on both Windows or Mac OS platforms, or both, at no additional cost. QuarkXPress is used by designers for page layout and design.
