Qualtrics Inks Wider Federal Access Deal

Salt Lake City-based Qualtrics, a provider of customer feedback management tools, said late Friday that it has expanded its access for U.S. Federal Agencies with an arrangement with the General Services Administration (GSA). According to Qualtrics, it has been added to a list of cloud services providers listed on DigitalGov.gov, which lets federal gencies use the company's software without special rrangements. Qualtrics said it is already being used by such Federal agencies as the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, as part of healthcare.gov. GSA access generally is considered the easiest way to sell products to the federal government, as those GSA schedule listings do not require the traditional competitive bidding process used for government purchases.
