Precog Acquired By RichRelevance

Boulder-based software analytics developer Precog, which is headed by John De Goes and was part of TechStars Boulder, has been acquired. According to San Francisco-based RichRelevance is has acquired the assets of Precog, and will expand Precog's Boulder office, hiring CEO De Goes as well as Precog's entire senior engineering team. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Precog's software is being used to mine through mobile, web, and e-commerce data.
