Polycom, SpectraLink Acquisition Makes Progress

Boulder, Colorado-based SpectraLink's acquisition by California-based PolyCom, which is worth approximately $220M, is one more step along the acquisition process, the firms said today. According to the companies, the U.S. federal regulatory antitrust waiting period has expired for the acquisition. SpectraLink is a maker of wireless voice and messaging products for VoIP.
