Pinsight Gets $700,000 For Talent Management Software

Denver-based Pinsight announced this morning that it has raised $700,000 in funding, for the company's talent management and prediction software. The startup--which just launched its software for predicting leadership ability in employees, said the $700,000 will go towards sales and marketing. Source of the funding was not announced. Pinsight is led by Martin Lanik. The company says it uses online workplace simulations, and live web-cam role plays with certified assessors, to automatically assess a leader's ability to execute on organization goals.
