Ping Identity Raises $21M

Denver-based Ping Identity, the developer of single-sign on software, said today that it has raised $21M in new funding. The round came from Triangle Peak Partners, Silicon Valley Bank, as well as prior investors Appian Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, General Catalyst Partners, SAP Ventures and Volition Capital. Ping said the new funds will go towards its next generation of productsion, plus global sales. Ping is headed by Andre Durand. The firm's software is used to allow for unifying usernames and passwords used across web-based and other software. More information »
