Ping Identity Looks To Link SaaS Firms

Denver-based Ping Identity, a developer of single-sign on software for the enterprise, said this week that it has started an effort to help software-as-a-service customers find other vendors. According to the firm, it has added a new Saas Partner Directory as part of its partner program. The firm said the directory will specifically focus on vendors supporting standards-based Internet single-sign on and automated user provisioning. Single sign-on is used to reduce the number of usernames and passwords required for users, and to better manage controlling access to applications and services across a company.
