petroWEB Buys NeuraDB

Denver-based geographical information systems provider petroWEB announced this morning that it has acquired NeuraDB, a line of software for the oil and gas industry, from Neuralog. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. NeuraDB is a provider of software for tracking well information, including well data, geological data, well logs, documents, production and reserves management. As part of the acquisition, petroWEB said it will hire key development,support, and sales resources from NeuraDB's team, and also has appointed Neuralog President Robert Best as CTO of the company. petroWEB has also opened up an office in Houston as part of the acquisition.
