Parvus Gets Supplier Award

Parvus Corp., a Salt Lake City, Utah-based manufacturer of computing and IP-networking subsystems, is announcing today that it has been recognized as a "preferred supplier" by L-3 Communications Systems, which is also based in Salt Lake City. Parvus explained that, since 2005, it has provided L-3 with mechanical chassis and power supplies for that firm's Remote Operations Video Enhanced Receiver data link system, which the U.S. armed forces use to view real-time video from unmanned and manned reconnaissance aircraft. Parvus noted that it has now shipped 5,000 electrical and mechanical subassemblies for the L-3 ROVER system. Founded in 1983, Parvus is part of the Eurotech Group.
