Park City's Imagen Capital Partners Backs Nimble For CRM Tools

Park City- and Seattle-based Imagen Capital Partners has made an investment in Nimble, a developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software founded by Jon Ferrara, the creator of one of the original CRM software products, Goldmine. Nimble said it raised $9M in funding, in a round led by Imagen Capital Partners, and also included Mark Cuban's Radical Investments, Google Ventures, Indicator Ventures plus angels Jason Calacanis, Howard Lindzon and Don Dodge. Ferrara's first venture into CRM software, Goldmine, was acquired in 1999 by Colorado Springs-based Frontrange Software. Imagen Capital Partners is split between Seattle and Park City, Utah, and focuses on early-stage technology companies and businesses, primarily in seed and Series A rounds, according to the firm.
