Parchment Finds $10M More

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Parchment, which provides technology to high schools and colleges to handle sending transcripts, diplomas, and certifications to each other, has raised $10M more in funding, the company said today. According to Parchment, the new funding brings its total to $45M raised. The new funding was led by The Raine Group, and included all of the company's existing institutional investors, including Novak Biddle Venture Partners. Parchment is led by Blackboard co-founder Matthew Pittinsky. Parchment's other investors include Salmon River Capital, GSV Capital and ICG Holdings, as well as others. More information »
