Parchment Expands In California
Scottsdale, Arizona-based electronic transcript software and services provider Parchment announced this morning that it has expanded its company's operations, and has opened up a new office near Sacramento, California. The firm said its new office, in Roseville, will be headed by Louis Delzombo, the firm's current Chief Technology Officer. Roseville is a suburb of Sacramento, which also has a major semiconductor plant operated by Intel Corporation. Parchment's electronic transcript software and services are used by high schools to transmit student transcripts to colleges, universities, and other postsecondary institutions.
