Orbotix Upgrades iPhone, Android Apps

Boulder-based Orbotix, maker of the Sphero robotic ball, said today that it has upgraded both its iPhone and Android applications. The firm said the app has been redesigned to "completely improve" how it works, including updating the user interface; adding analytics and statistics; automatic firmware updates; and showcases on the latest apps for the device. The updated software is available on both the iTunes store as well as Google Play.
