Orange Legal Technologies Acquired By Xact Data Discovery

Salt Lake City, Utah-based electronic discovery services provider Orange Legal Technologies has been acquired by Xact Data Discovery, according to the companies. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Orange Legal was founded in 1995, and provides electronic discovery and related services, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Xact is based in Mission, Kansas, and is backed by private equity investor Clearview Capital Fund III.
