One Connect IP Buys ZiaNet, Gets VC Round
Albuquerque-based One Connect IP, a provider of Voice over IP services, said today that it has acquired ZiaNet, a an Internet Service Provider for the state of New Mexico. One Connect said that the acquisition will allow it to deliver its hosted VoIP services to an additional 30,000 business and residential customers in New Mexico. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition was funded by an investment round from Mesa Capital Partners, and additional funding from Silicon Valley Bank. More information »
