Omniture Boosts Marketing Team

Orem, Utah-based Omniture said Tuesday that it has added two new marketing executives at the web analytics firm. Omniture said that Assem Chandra has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Product Marketing, and Melanie Branon has joined as VP of Corporate Marketing. Chandra joins from Oracle, where he served in the product marketing and product management area; Branon joins from VeriSign, where she was most recently VP of Corporate Marketing. Both will report to Gail Ennis, Senior Vice President of Marketing at the firm.
