Omniture Completes Offermatica Buy
Orem, Utah-based Omniture said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Offermatica. Omniture, which provides web analytics software and services, had announced the deal in September. The deal was worth $65M. Offermatica is a provider of A/B testing, targeting, and web analytics tools used by online marketers. According to Omniture, the acquisition will add approximately 70 personnel to its operations. Omniture has been on an acquisition roll -- the firm is also in the midst of buying Visual Sciences, another web analytics provider based in San Diego, California. That deal is worth $394M and is expected to complete mid 2008.
