Omniture Adds Mobile Analytics

Orem, Utah-based Omniture is extending its analytics tool into the mobile space, saying Wednesday that its web analytics platform, Omniture SiteCatalyst, now analyzes mobile usage on Apple iPhone, RIM BlackBerry, and other smartphones. The firm said its software is targeted at helping marketers optimize their site design, content, marketing campaigns, and user experience.
