Oce Business Services Acquires CaseData

Oce N.V., a provider of digital document management software, said Tuesday that it has acquired Salt Lake City, Utah-based CaseData. CaseData is a provider of electronic discovery and litigation support services for law firms. Oce said that CaseData has approximately $14M in annual revenues. Financial terms were not disclosed. The firm employes nearly 200 employees in Salt Lake City, along with staff in the Philippines.
