myDials Acquired By Adaptive Planning

myDials, a developer of online, cloud-based business dashboard and visualization software, has been acquired by Adaptive Planning, a Silicon Valley developer of corporate performance management software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. myDials was based in Lafayette, Colorado. myDials said its employees in the US and Australia will join adaptive planning. Adaptive Planning is venture backed by Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), ONSET Ventures, Monitor Ventures, and Cardinal Venture Capital.
