MoneyReef Lands $650K
Provo, Utah-based MoneyReef, a new startup headed by former Vivint co-founder Keith Nellesen, said Tuesday that it has raised $650,000 in a seed funding round. The company said it is developing mobile, financial tools to help consumers manage their personal and business finances. Source of the funding was not announced. Along with Nelleson, who was CFO of Vivint, the firm's execs include president Jason Cragun, whose last firm developing iOS apps was acquired by Vivint, as well as CTO LJ Kyser, who was co-founder of HomesandLoans.com. The firm said its initial, flagship product is aimed at iPad users. More information »
