Mocapay to Power Coffee Chain's Mobile Gift Program

Boulder, Colorado-based Mocapay revealed Monday that it will implement and maintain a mobile gift program for a Colorado-based specialty coffee retailer. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Mocapay offers a mobile commerce platform that allows consumers to use their mobile phones as virtual wallets. Mocapay said its newest client, ink! Coffee, will deploy Mocapay's mobile gift solution in its stores throughout the Denver metropolitan area and Aspen during the second quarter of this year. ink! currently offers plastic gift cards, Mocapay noted, adding that the Mocapay solution will enable ink! to appeal to a wider customer demographic.
