Orem, Utah-based inventory management software provider Fishbowl is taking aim at an unusual industry--at least, for a Utah company--saying today that it is looking to provide tracking and inventory management specifically for the legalized cannabis and marijuana market. According to the company, it is looking to provide its products among the increasing number of states who have legalized Marijuana for medical or recreational use. The move into the market follows the approval of medical marijuana in Utah last November with Proposition 2. Fishbowl's software works with the popular QuickBooks accounting software. The company said its software is "especially suited to businesses" in the legal marijuana and cannabis industry.
