Aspect Software, a developer of software used for customer engagement, call center management, customer self-service, and workforce optimization, has been acquired by private equity investor
Vector Capital. According to Aspect, Vector Capital will invest more than $100M in equity capital into Aspect's business. The two said the deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019. Aspect Software was advised by Jefferies LLC and DCS Advisory, as well as legal firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Vector Capital was advised by Paul Hastings LLP. Aspect Software is led by President and CEO Chris Koziol.
