Vendavo Buys Navetti
Denver-based Vendavo, a developer of dynamic pricing software, said yesterday that it has acquired Navetti AB, a Swedish developer of pricing software. Vendavo did not say how much it payed for Navetti AB. Vendavo is led by President and CEO Bruno Slosse. The company provides its pricing software to the chemicals, distribution, high-tech and manufacturing markets.
