Carvana said on Tuesday that it has acquired
Car360, a developer of 3D computer vision and augmented reality (AR) software. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Car360 was venture-backed by Mark Cuban, and had raised $3.55M in a Series A funding round. Carvana said that Car350's team, including founder Bruno Francois, CEO John Hanger and Chief Computer Vision Scientist Grant Schindler, Ph.D., will all going the company as part of the acquisition. Car360 was based in Atlanta, Georgia.
