Control4 Buys Ihiji
Salt Lake City-based smart home products developer Control4 said on Wednesday that it has acquired Ijihi, an Austin, Texas-based company which provides remote management services for technical integrators servicing connected home customers. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to Control4, the acquisition included both intellectual property and key operating assets of Ihiji. Control4 said it wil use the buy to help bolster its offerings with monitoring and management tools and services for home customers.
