Datavail Buys Navantis
Broomfield, Colorado-based Datavail, a provider of managed database administration and other related services, has acquired Canadian company Navantis, the two said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Navantis has 200 employees, and was backed by Genuity Capital Partners (now Hawthorne Partners). Navantis provides application development, support and systems integration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and .NET. Datavail said the acquisition--the second in the past year--was enabled by a $47M funding round it announced in December of 2015.
