Zayo Extends In Chicago With Fourth Data Center
Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo Group Holdings announced this morning that it is opening its fourth data center in Chicago, with 23,000 total square feet and two megawatts of power. According to Zayo Group, the new data center comes due to "strong customer demand" in Chicago. The company said it already has an anchor tenant, a "global software analytics company" which is using the space, along Canal Street. Zayo said the new site already is on its fiber optic network. Zayo now has 268,000 total square feet in Chicago.
