Gogo Ramps Business Aviation Support Services
Broomfield, Colorado-based in-flight broadband wireless services provider Gogo said this morning that it is expanding its business aviation support, with a new partnership with Duncan Aviation. According to the company, its new AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support is aimed at "ultra-fast" response and resolution to technical issues, particularly when those issues are putting flight schedules at risk. The company said the response comes thanks to new physical inventory located at 17 Duncan Aviation facilities, which can be rapidly dispatched to its product support staff.
