Frontline Aerospace Gets $2M
Broomfield, Colorado-based Frontline Aerospace, a developer of gas turbine engine technology for the aerospace industry, announced this morning that it hass raised $2M in a new funding round. Source of the funding was not disclosed, although the company said the funds came from a Colorado-based family office. The startup, led by Ryan S. Wood, says it is developing technology which increases power and reduces fuel consumption of gas turbine engines used in helicopters and aircraft by 10 to 40 percent.
