Red Earth Software Acquired By OPSWAT
Boulder-based Red Earth Software, the email software developer led by Mike Spykerman, has been acquired by OPSWAT, OPSWAT said today, to help it bolster its presence in the information security area. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The two companies said that Red Earth Software had recently integrated OPSAT's anti-malware scanner into its Policy Patrol Mail Security and Policy Patrol Secure File Transfer software products.
