CoorsTek Buys Covalent Materials
Golden, Colorado-based CoorsTek said Monday that it has acquired Covalent Materials, a Japanese engineered ceramics manufacturer which serves the semiconductor industry. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. CoorsTek said the buy will help it meet present and future needs of the semiconductor industry, and also substantially expand access to Japan and other Asian markets.
