inContact Wins Real Estate Customer
Salt Lake City-based cloud contact center software provider inContact said last week that it has signed up a real estate and facilities management company as a customer. Name of the customer, and size of the win was not announced. inConact said the new customer will move more than 100 agents across multiple contact centers to its cloud-based software.
