Denver-based rewards program operator
Plink, the startup led by Peter Vogel which provides users with awards for making purchases as restaurants, retailers, and elsewhere, said today that it has hit 50,000 offline locations where users can earn rewards. Plink also said it has extended its awards program to travel purchases, including airfare, hotel, and rental cars. Plink said that users booking flights on American Airlines, hotels at InterContinental HOtel Group, and cars from Enterprise Holdings now will gain access to its online-to-offline rewards. Plink awards gift cards to users for using their credit or debit cards at specific retailers. Plink is aimed at spurring online users to make offline purchases.
