Phoenix NAP, a data center provider which operates a colocation facility in Phoenix, said this week that it has been selected by EffortlessHR, a developer of online human resources information systems, as a cloud computing provider. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. EffortlessHR is based in Tucson. Phoenix NAP said it was selected due to its high level of data redundancy and low risk of natural disasters, among other attributes.
