Viawest said Wednesday that it has signed a lease of a new, North Las Vegas data center facility. The firm said the new, 110,000 square foot facility will house its second data center in the Las Vegas area. The new data center is expected to be open in Q1 of 2013, and offer up more than 70,000 square feet of raised floor, colocation space. Viawest currently owns and operates 22 data center facilities, spread across Colorado, Texas, Oregon, Utah, and Nevada.
