LanSchool Acquired By Stoneware
Orem, Utah-based LanSchool Technologies, which develops classroom management software, said today that it has been acquired by Stoneware, a Philadelphia-based developer of private cloud and virtual web desktop tools. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclose. LanSchool said it will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Stoneware.
