Admeld Buy Confirmed By Google; Big Win For Foundry Group
Search engine giant Google confirmed this morning that it has acquired AdMeld, the firm confirmed this morning, although it did not disclose financial terms of the deal. The acquisition of AdMeld is a huge win for local Boulder venture capital investor The Foundry Group, one of the original investors in AdMeld. Foundry's investment in AdMeld was managed by Seth Levin; AdMeld had raised around $30M in funding, and the acquisition was reportedly worth at around $400M.
