Amazon Targets "Thousands" Of Hires In Nevada
Amazon.com, the e-commerce giant, said today that it is in a huge effort to hire temporary workers at its Fernley, Nevada fulfillment center. According to Amazon, it has plans to hire "thousands" of people for picking, packing, and receiving/shipping positions at the location, which is near Reno, Nevada on I-80. The company said it is hiring both full-time and part-time roles via Integrity Staffing Solutions, as part of its preparations for the holiday season.
