The acquisition of Boulder-based
Smallfoot, a developer of wireless control products for the commercial energy market last week by
EnerNOC, was worth $250,000 in equity, according to regulatory filing by EnerNOC today. EnerNOC, which announced its acquisition of SmallFoot last Wednesday, disclosed that it purchased all of the assets of Smallfoot LLC and Zox LLC, the firms associated with Smallfoot, for $250,000 in equity. The financial details behind the acquisition had not been announced by the firms.
