IP5280 Buys CEWest
Englewood, Colorado-based IP5280 Communications, a provider of VoIP and data communications, is buying fellow Colorado firm CEWest Consulting, the firm said Tuesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to IP5280, the deal included all hardware and software assets from CEWest, as well as key employees. CEWest Consulting provided IP communications services, including high speed broadband and hosted IP products, for the healthcare market.
